For years, invoice corrections have been a manual back-office task: reopen the folio, update the billing details, cancel the original invoice, reissue it, and send it again, around 20 minutes per correction, and 15–20 hours a week at a busy property. D3x now resolves the whole thing. It understands the guest's request, authenticates the guest, validates updated VAT details, updates the PMS, generates the corrected invoice, and delivers the corrected PDF back to the guest, all inside your PMS, in seconds, 24/7, and in any language.
